The 2022 Bouzeron "Les Fias" from Domaine Roux Père & Fils expresses all the originality and finesse of this Burgundian appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise. Made from Aligoté, this wine stands out for its freshness, precision, and elegant minerality, far removed from the grape's simpler expressions.

The color is pale yellow with golden highlights. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, lemon, fresh apple, and peach, accompanied by mineral and slightly iodine notes. With aeration, the bouquet gains complexity with delicate nuances of white-fleshed fruit.

On the palate, the attack is lively and precise, with a lovely freshness supported by a delicate, balanced structure. The fruit is crisp, the minerality provides tension, and the finish lingers with notes of citrus and white fruits, leaving a pleasant saline sensation.
