Lafabuleuse Blanc Frisant 2024 - Lafage 75cl
Lafabuleuse stands out for its pale color with brilliant reflections and its nose combining the finesse of white-fleshed fruits and the delicacy of exotic aromas. Lively, full-bodied and fruity, its palate reveals an intense freshness, enhanced by tangy notes of Granny Smith apple and a slight curl.
Made from Muscat d'Alexandrie, Rolle, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc, this wine is produced on the Mediterranean coast using 25-year-old vines and limited yields. Each grape variety is harvested at maturity, with the musts kept cold to preserve their intensity.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes wonderfully with spaghetti, fish tartare and seafood.
