Centenaire is a mineral and elegant white wine, offering a subtle symphony of citrus, white-fleshed fruits and floral notes, with a beautiful length on the palate.

Made from century-old vines of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Roussanne, it comes from the maritime terroirs of rolled pebbles of the Côtes Catalanes. Harvested by hand, it is aged 70% in vats on fine lees and 30% in new barrels with stirring for 4 months.

Ideal with fish carpaccio, ceviche, cheeses, roast poultry or gratin dauphinois.
