Arbois Trousseau 2022 - Domaine Rolet 75cl

Domaine Rolet's Arbois Trousseau 2023 is an authentic red wine from the Jura region, made exclusively from the Trousseau grape variety. This local grape thrives in the Montigny-lès-Arsures terroir, on the Chagnon and Leuvrin hillsides, as well as in Arbois in the Montesserin lieu-dit. These plots, mainly exposed to the west and south, benefit from soils rich in iridescent marl and chaille clay, ideal for Trousseau.

This Trousseau should be served between 13 and 15°C and can be enjoyed now or over the next five years. It pairs perfectly with game in cranberry sauce, red meats, or even red fruit desserts, where it reveals all its finesse and fruity nuances.
